The fall season starts each new soccer year. It is with the fall season that players move from one age group to another. The fall season starts after Labor Day weekend and concludes the weekend before Halloween. Practices for the fall season start in early August. The spring season starts the first or second weekend of April and concludes before Memorial Day weekend. Practices for spring season start in early March. Starsoccer club teams are encouraged to play in tournaments that take place before and after each season.
